Historical Pub Tour With Scottish Twist

Duration

clock3 hours 30 minutes

Overview

London has some amazing historical pubs just waiting to be discovered. I should know as I've drank in most of them, although I like to think of it more as research!

The experience is best for guests that want to enjoy a couple of beers, visit some great old London pubs and learn some fun history. I'm more Scottish beer drinker than historian!

?In a unique twist to this London tour we will stop at several locations with a Scottish connection. At the William Wallace memorial in Smithfield discover if he did really shout 'Freeeeedom!' (spoiler alert: he didn't!). Close to the last pub learn about Scotland's national poet Rabbie Burns as we visit his statue in Embankment Gardens.

?As a group of Scottish people enter a pub the first thing you will hear is ‘Whose round is it?’. We just love getting a round in. ?However don't worry as on this tour I will get all the rounds in! A drink in each pub is included in the price of the experience.

    Slainte (Cheers!)
