Take a break from city life and head west to visit Pisa and the beautiful Cinque Terre. You will discover that in Pisa there’s so much more to explore beyond the classic Leaning Tower, with a charming historic centre developing along the Arno river. Then you will explore the stunning fishing villages located along a fascinating stretch of Ligurian coast, known as Cinque Terre. Here multicolored houses piled on top of one another open onto the crystal-blu water of the Ligurian Sea and are surrounded by hills covered in olive trees, vineyards and a network of scenic hiking trails. Monterosso is the largest town, with a long beach and a delightful seafront promenade, while Corniglia is the only village that doesn’t face the sea, since it sits on top of a high promontory surrounded by vineyards. During the tour you will visit also Portovenere, a coastal gem with the magnificent Doria Castle that offers exceptional views over the bay.
