    The Museo del Prado opened to the public on 19 November 1819 as a Royal Museum of Painting and Sculpture. In 2019, its Bicentenary is being celebrated as a commemoration that will reveal the path covered since 1819 until today.

    In total, there are more than 7000 painting and almost 1000 statues. However, this museum stands out for containing the largest holdings of Bosch, Titian, El Greco, Rubens, Velázquez and Goya, some numbering more than 100 works.

    Travelers will receive the skip-the-line ticket for the Museum by email. Tickets will be sent 24 hours before the travel date (based on the booked time).
    This is a skip-the-line ticket but security control is compulsory and travelers may wait to pass it.
