Walk in the steps of Leon Trotsky and discover the way he lived. The León Trotsky Museum keeps all of his belongings intact and exhibits photographs of his family and his life as a revolutionary., His ashes and those of his wife-Natalia Sedova are kept in the Gardens of the Museum.
The fence on the windows, high walls, and four towers and bulletproof doors all demonstrate the control and security surrounding the house of the Trotsky family.
This building is a historic monument that opened in 1990 and houses the Institute of Asylum Law Museum Casa de León Trotsky A.C., which has exhibition halls, an auditorium for 80 people, and the library "Rafael Galván" with books on social, economic and political issues.
You can find a good range of cultural activities, from storytelling workshops, talks on a very particular topic, to cineclub with great debates.
