Overview

    We have been teaching yoga since 2018, then in 2020 we started our Bootcamps too on the beach.We use a unique approach throughout the trainings where we combine a wide range of movements in order to improve other people overall well-being. We truly believe that mobility and flexibility is as much important as strength and cardio, so during these sessions we will use them all. On the top of that you can meet a great international community where we try to create a positive environment in order to make you feel really welcomed.
