Indulge in a two-day desert excursion from Marrakech to Zagora and Kasbahs, a brief yet enjoyable Saharan desert journey that is perfect to discover the loveliness of Southern Morocco. The highlight of this 2 days tour is on Ouarzazate and the desert of Zagora where you will savor a camel ride in the sand dunes and repose overnight in a Zagora desert camp beneath the stars, as well as be delighted by the Berber music folklore.

What To Expect

On our way we will have the opportunity to admire more beautiful landscapes, traditional villages and Berber people.

At the start of day one, around 08:00, our journey begins as we make our way to the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi’n’Tichka pass. Along this route, we are able to marvel at captivating views of valleys and riversides as well as various villages. Following that, lunch is had in Ouarzazate which is followed by a visit (optional) to the Kasbah of Taourirt and cinema studio. We then carry on going towards Zagora where camels along with Touareg cameleers await us for a desert camel ride. After settling into our Bedouin camp for dinner under starlight, day two begins at 09:00 with an excursion back along Draa Valley until reaching Ait Ben Haddou's majestic Kasbah - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Here we enjoy lunch before continuing onto Marrakech to witness even more picturesque scenes of villages and Berbers.
