This experience is perfect for everyone and for all ages. Our routes start from Calci (Pisa) and climb through ancient roads used by the woodsmen that lead up to Tenuta Santallago to start again towards the Lucca side where you can see the Apuan Alps and Lucca with its chestnut woods. Returning then to the slope of Pisa we will cross a forest of fir trees on the slopes of Mount Faeta and then descend again through a thick Mediterranean scrub composed of shrubs, stipa and strawberry trees. We will pass ancient stones from the breathtaking view over the city of Pisa and passing by narrow passages between the mountain and the void we will leave behind cork oaks to return to the anthropized environment.
