    Let's walk along the "Sake Brewery Street," one of the major brewing districts, where the white brewery walls stand in a row for ages!

    The following is a Guided Model Course of Sake Brewery Street.

    -Depending on the season and the day of the week, it may not be possible to look inside the storehouses.

    -You may also drop by Higashihiroshima's confectionery shops dealing with sweets that has a motif of Saijo's sake.

    -Hirata-ya Honpo : Established in 1916. Famous for “Taru-senbei,” sake barrel-shaped cookies.

    -Sakura-ya : “Taru-monaka," sake barrel-shaped wafer cake filled with sweet bean jam.
    *HIGHLIGHTS

    Sake Brewery guided tour at "Saijo" which is called "the three largest Japanese Sake spot"

    The access is easy, just in front of Saijo station.

    By drinking and comapring you'll find your favorite Japanese sake.

    Look around "Sake Brewery Street" at the town which there're many sake breweries.

    Stop by at the traditional confectionary stores established in 1860's.
