Join a local guide for a fully escorted epicurean adventure! You’ll enjoy a leisurely walk along the waterfront as you make your way towards one of Ketchikan’s favorite eateries, nestled near a picturesque small boat harbor. Upon arrival, you will bypass any lines and be seated in a homey restaurant decorated with an authentic Alaskan flair.
The diverse tasting menu will vary dependent upon the catch of the day and may include homemade chowders, smoked salmon cornbread, cod, halibut, salmon, fresh, or blackened salmon tacos with homemade slaw. There will always be Alaskan beer pairings, followed by locally roasted coffee and a delectable homemade dessert. You’ll not only savor the food, you’ll savor the company as you get to know your local guide and chefs.
Upon completion of your experience, a map will be provided for foodies who wish to walk off their repast and enjoy other available samplings or purchasing other Alaskan fare.
