What to Expect

    Embark on an unforgettable expedition up Acatenango Volcano, Guatemala's third-largest! Day 1 promises an exhilarating trek covering 80% of the volcano's rugged terrain, spanning roughly 6 hours. Marvel at the breathtaking eruptions of Fuego Volcano as you gather around the campfire at base camp. Day 2 kicks off with an early start at 3:30 am to conquer the remaining 20% of the volcano, reaching the summit in just 1.5-2 hours to witness the mesmerizing sunrise. After a hearty breakfast at base camp, begin your descent, arriving in Antigua by 1:00 pm. Don't miss this thrilling adventure and the chance to experience nature's grandeur firsthand! Please note: This tour includes climbing Acatenango Volcano. You have the option to join a tour to Fuego Volcano for Q300.00 per person, payable in cash to the local guide.
