The best way to discover Alsace - you can buy the Pass'Alsace and choose the type of Pass : 24h, 48h or 3 days (to use over a period of 14 days) adapted to your trip.
If you will visit Strasbourg, don't forget to choose a pass including Batorama boat tour.
If you stay only in Strasbourg and North of Alsace, the Pass Strasbourg and North'Alsace + Batorama will be ideal for you.
You will receive your digital pass via the platform's messages. Present your Pass at the entrance of each site. Print out the right documents (sent by Pass'Alsace). One Pass per person. One e-ticket per person. Once you get your Pass it will be activated after your first visit.
Each time when you visit a site you have to show your pass at the entry. The system is digitalized and there are readers to read the smart chip contactless in your pass giving you the authorization to entry free of charge. There is also a smartphone app to guide you.
