Situated in the region close to Frederico Westphalen, the city has the largest Amethyst deposit in the world and prides itself on being the stone capital of the world.
With around 7 thousand inhabitants, mining and winemaking are the strengths of the economy.
During our stay in the region we will visit active and disabled mines, learn about the extraction of stones, taste their excellent quality wines and have the opportunity to purchase products directly from local factories.
Our lodging will be in a themed hotel of stones. In addition to having lunch in an underground restaurant inside an old mine. An amethyst-lined church will also be in the script.
