Guest can enjoy national dish of plov (osh) and live traditional Uzbek Tajik songs. Uzbek Tajik songs will be performed by professional musicians with traditional music instruments "Tor and Doira"
The musicians are experienced in Uzbek music Tajik music and in music of Shashmaqom!
They been performing in public since 1980, locals know them very well as they were singing songs in weddings . Bukharian plov will be cooked by local lady who is very talented in cooking.
Plov recipe : rice, carrot , meat (beef) , onion , cumin seeds , vegetable oil and can be served with quail eggs .
