Æðarfossar (Eider Falls) Eider Falls, a waterfall in northern Iceland close to Húsavík, about 10 kilometres southwest, in the River Laxá. The Laxá river is an runs from Lake Mývatn to Skjálfandi Bay and has some of the largest brown trout in the country.
