Learn about the art of winemaking as you blend your own red wine during a 1.5-hour experience at Tahbilk Winery in Tabilk, Victoria, about 75 miles (120 km) north of Melbourne.
Guided by a wine ambassador, you'll start with individual wines, blending them to create a varietal that is truly yours. At the end of your session, you can take home a 750-millilitre bottle of your blend.
