Here you will be welcomed by an Italian family who will lead you to a memorable Vegan food and wine experience directly from farm to table! The vegan lunch includes vegetables, fruits and typical crops grown in the farm.You will taste 6 organic wines , a selection of bruschette or tartare of cauliflower with organic olive oil, a soup of organic spelt with mushrooms or farrotto with organic tomatoes andaromatic oil or wild lentils soup. A selection of different croquettes with fresh wild herbs salad and an umbrian dessert called rocciata.
