This tour is ideal for first time visitors & based around the three main old central Squares forming a triangle inside of which the heart of Athens beats
In the shadow of the Acropolis, past classic temples, Roman monuments, Byzantine churches, and through the small streets of the Plaka, Live like a local & spend time in the congenial company of one of our experienced tour leaders who will show you their city as only they know it & if you wish take an extra option to round off the tour with traditional Meze Dishes (many small dishes) in a perfect off the beaten track local haunt.
One of the best times to start the tour is 10:00 when the markets have woken up & end with a traditional lunch, but the tour can be taken at anytime as convenient on request.
