    Overview

    ings ceremony.
Greetings to all, we are Putu, Wayan, Nyoman and Kadek. We feel incredibly fortunate to dwell in Taro village. Not only does this settlement boast of its cultural heritage and exclusive traditions, but it also preserves the farming lands which contain various rice paddies & traditional villages.
I am fervent about conveying our Hindu culture to visitors and demonstrating what makes Balinese people so special. I believe in genuine encounters and that's what I'm devoted to providing for those who join me on my tours. Over the years, I have worked at hotels, villas and as a guide across Bali Island. My current enthusiasm is in exhibiting my hometown life to holidaymakers visiting the region. My guests will be able to experience how Balinese people living away from tourist sites live day-to-day. You'll explore my abode, learn how to make Balinese offerings, eat local food and take part in a customary cleansing ritual.

    Itinerary

Your day will begin with a driver picking you up and bringing you to my village. I'll then show you our traditional family compound, telling you all about where each of the families live and our family temple. You will be treated to a Balinese morning tea with the family in the compound while being taught how to make Canang Sari - Balinese Hindu offerings. After this, I'll take you to a sacred Holy Water site. Here, if desired, you can change into swimwear or clothing that may get wet for the cleansing ritual and put on a sarong and sash (mandatory for entry). The offerings made earlier in the day will be used in your blessing ceremony where you will receive a Hindhu blessing with the Holy Water.
