Here is something for the more adventurous – come and join us on our special full-day ride in the Balkan mountain – a mixture of village culture, organic food, and fast-paced mountain biking.
We will begin the day with an epic train ride in the beautiful valley of the Iskar river, just minutes away from Sofia. We get off the train in a small picturesque village in the Balkan mountain and we start riding up on our mountain bikes.
By lunchtime we arrive at a chalet, famous for it’s organic raspberry wine and delicious food, produced right there in the mountain.
After lunch, we hit the trails on a cross-country ride back to our starting point, where we take the train back to Sofia.
This daytrip is great for the ones looking at exploring a little bit more of Bulgaria and visiting the countryside, without getting too far from Sofia.
