Born and raised in Hua Hin, I moved to Sydney when I was 19 to study and help run my uncles restaurant in Macleay St Potts Point called Orange Thai.
From a young age, I was surrounded by family whose livelihood depended on good Thai food. From an early age I had to help my grandmother, mother, aunties and uncle with preparation. Many family secret recipes and trade secrets have passed along to me.
I also worked in many other well known, respected Thai restaurants in Sydney such as Thairiffic & Thailand Restaurant in Newtown.
I am also a keen gardener and like to use homegrown ingredients.
