- An assigned uniformed assistant holding a signboard with your name at the arrival gate

- Limited queue at the fast track immigration counter – with guidelines and help from our ground floor assistant

- Our assistant escort you to the right baggage claim conveyor and then to your airport representative

- Assistance in case of any lost baggage.

- Please note that this service does not cover Visa on Arrival applications - however we will provide assistance escorting customers through normal Immigration lanes and providing guidance on speedier check out processes.
