Overview

    The master ice cream maker Giordy Babbo hopes to be able to convey his deep passion for artisanal ice cream to all of you.
    After a warm welcome and a short presentation, we will start with an explanation of what the world of ice cream is; then we will start producing 3 flavors of ice cream together on our common table. The tastes will be gradually decided according to the seasonality of the available products, something we always care a lot about, since it is important to use natural and fresh products, at Km 0. After preparation, there will be the most awaited part: the tasting of the freshly produced ice cream .
    The course will last about 3 hours, including a coffee break of about 15 minutes. At the end of the course, the Academy's certificate and apron will be issued to take us back home with you. A short recipe book will allow you to reproduce what you have seen, even without the use of an ice cream maker.
