Overview

    Freediving! Your body already knows what to do. When you hold your breath and put your face in water, a set of ancient instincts that we share with dolphins and seals kicks in. Your heart rate slows, your mind calms and blood flows to your core. Once you get used to it, you can stay down for minutes at a time.

    Warning: freediving can be addictive.
