What To Expect
Our certified chef will take you on a journey of traditional Italian home cooking, giving you the opportunity to prepare a full menu of three classic Italian dishes. Sample menus include risotto milanese and ossobuco, homemade pasta with either meat or veg sauce, gli arancini di riso alla siciliana (rice balls filled by ragù or cheese and fried), pasta alla puttanesca, saltimbocca alla romana (veal steaks enriched with prosciutto crudo and sage), sarde a beccafico (fish cooked in the oven and filled with dry fruit, breadcrumble and herbs), panna cotta (creamy sweet pudding with various toppings), tiramisu (traditional dessert made with coffee and mascarpone cream cheese) and Sicilian cannoli (cannoli filling cream made by fresh ricotta, pistachios and candy fruit). All dishes are gluten free.
