The most memorable, fun, and hands-on way to spend an evening, our food tour gives you a chance to enjoy an authentic culinary experience and drink some of the best Italian wines. Your evening starts with Prosecco, traditional Italian aperitif and conversation with your local tour guide who teach the class.
Once you’ve relaxed, it’s time to taste traditional roman foodies from scratch! You’ll learn every step in order to do them all yourself; from mixing the ingredients to making them ready to be served. You'll learn what Italian foodies are preferred by locals and not only.
Throughout the evening your tour guide will teach you take-home tricks for cooking the perfect pasta; from the different uses for different flours, to the best sauce bases and substitute ingredients you can source at home. Enjoy them out on the way strolling throughout the center of Rome, then wrap it all up with a dessert and a digestif, just as the Romans do.
