Wine Bike Tour In The Euganean Hills

Duration

clock4 hours

Overview

The Euganean Hills are a group of hills of volcanic origin that rise to heights from 300 to 600 m from the Paduan-Venetian plain a few kilometers south of Venice, a 20-minute drive from Padua.
Here you will find beautiful landscapes between vineyards and olive groves, alternating with castles, villas and small medieval villages. A beautiful cycle path, all flat, embraces this landscape, it is the Euganean Hills Cycle Ring.Whether you want to cover it all or just some small sections, we will give you all the useful tips to organize your bike tour in the southern part of the Hills Euganei to discover the Catajo Castle, the Valsanzibio Garden and the walled city of Monselice, or in the northern part, to visit Villa dei Vescovi or the Abbey of Praglia. In both cases, we will organize a pleasant break in a family-run winery where the producer will explain his wines to you and will accompany you first on the visit of his cellar and then on the wine tasting.
