The seminar takes place on request. This means that you will come to us with your friends / family / work colleagues and we will make an appointment together. Just send us an inquiry to "paulus@hallenberger-bier.de"
After your home-brewed beer is ready fermented, each participant may pick up a 1-liter bottle of their own brew in our Braushop.
Who is leading the seminar-
Lukas Paulus was born in Bromskirchen in 1989. Following his apprenticeship as a brewer and maltster, and as a journeyman in Baden-Württemberg, he began his studies as a teacher. During his studies, he never forgot his professional roots, which is why he learned a lot about beer in his subjects theology, politics, economics and labor science and his influence on society. He uses this now, to bring you the whole world of beer, in understandable and funny way, closer.
