Overview

    Hop on a Bus Bia and visit some of the food and drink makers of Waterford. This food trail will bring you to meet the people who make so much local food and drink, from beer to gin, blaas and breads, cheese or ice cream, just some of the makers here in Waterford.
    On this tour you will depart from Waterford and your first stop will be Walsh’s Bakehouse where you will be welcomed for a tour and history of the Blaa. From there you will head for the the open fresh air of the Comeragh Mountains to visit Willie Drohan and learn about Comeragh Mountain Lamb, a real example of our own Waterford terroir in action. From the mountains you head the small rural village of Dunhill to the Dunhill Food Hub to meet some of the makers who run their small artisan businesses from there including Irish Gourmet Butter and Pure Food. From here it’s a quick trip to Mezze Middle East in Tramore for a light lunch of their amazing street food.
    You will be returned to your original start point in Waterford.
