Tour to the Cajon del Maipo and El Yeso Reservoir in the Cajon del Maipo, a panoramic excursion with which we will travel part of the mountain range to know the mountainous landscape that surrounds the Chilean capital.
Itinerary:
We will pick you up at 07:30 at your hotel in Santiago.
From there we will begin a trip of about 3 hours to the Cajon del Maipo.
We will arrive at San José de Maipo and take a walk through the town's Plaza de Armas.
Also, we will pass by Las Cáscaras, an old mining camp, at some point used as a military refuge.
Finally, we will arrive at El Yeso Reservoir, a construction that took 10 years to complete and was inaugurated in 1964.
There we can take pictures and have a moment to explore the surroundings.
We will arrive back to Santiago at 3:30 p.m., ending our activity.
