The itineray of the tour follows the entire path of the grapes from the vineyard to the bottle located in the heart of the Campi Flegrei, an imperious volcanic area that surrounds much of the territory of Naples. The enonaut/group, thanks to the guidance of qualified personnel, will experience the main processes of vine growing, as well as grape processing in the cellar. Specifically, in addition to having historical, scientific and mythological information on the host territory and have an exclusive access into the cellars area, the visitors will learn the qualitative management of the vineyards and the main cellar techniques such as: winemaking, fermentation, refining, bottling. The educational visit will then end with the creation of a tasting laboratory!
