    Join in a day exploring the most authentic places to eat local cuisine in the foodie heaven of Chengdu - one of China's food capitals. Working you way through narrow city streets in a tuktuk, you'll discover the local way of life and find the best food which has been serving locals for centuries. On this four hour tour you'll stop at some of the best family run restaurants in town sampling some of Chengdu's famed spicy delights at off the beaten track restaurants away from the tourist trail. Between stops you can also ask your private English speaking local guide about the food culture of this wonderful city, and learn more about Sichuan cuisine. During the tour you'll visit around five food stops, each offering something unique with many dishes prepared fresh right before your eyes. This trip is a must do for serious foodies in Chengdu!

What to Expect

    See a different side of Vang Vieng, a tourist destination in Laos popular for thrillseekers.The tour begins with a pick up at your hotel: Nam Song River. Relax in the serene beauty of the river, as you bike along it and spot the striking karst rock formations. Explore Phou Kham, a vast cave considered sacred in the country, and see the gorgeous blue-green waters of the hidden lagoon, as well as a bronze reclining Buddha in the main chamber. Make your way to the Blue Lagoon, a must for any travelers, and escape the heat with a dip in its cool waters or by lounging on the green grass all around. At noon, you'll get a chance to reenergize yourself with a delicious picnic lunch and learn about the daily lives of the locals from your English-speaking tour guide. You'll then go through the Blue Lagoon Loop, that shows you the peaceful scenery and takes you to various villages and farms. The tour ends once you reach the end of the loop, and you'll get dropped off back at your hotel by 4:00pm.
