here the gastronomic tour will begin with the tasting of fresh tropical fruit, then taste the famous "Sai Oua" sausages characteristic of the north of the country. Afterwards it will be the time to try the typical dish of the North and in particular of Chiang Mai the "Khao soi"
The main ingredients are red curry paste, turmeric and yellow curry, accompanied by a fresh lime, shallots, pickled cabbage and roasted chillies.
The day will end in the fortified area of the city where in addition to the landscape you will taste the fresh coconut sorbet.
