What to Expect

    Do you want to see the more authentic side of Chiang Mai? Trek in an intimate group, allowing a relaxed pace and maximum enjoyment of Trad Monk waterfall. Explore the key river of a Northern Thai village at your own pace in a river tube, the first and only of its kind in Chiang Mai, with a guide who has grown up and lived his whole life in this area. Observe Thai elephants and water buffalo bathing and playing together in the river - truly the most ethical interaction with these creatures - and without obstructing their way of life in any way, you feel close with them. Your guide is an ex-elephant sanctuary caretaker and can offer interesting inside knowledge about these creatures. See the secluded spot of Sa Gee waterfall, not usually frequented by travelers. You will experience the local, quiet side of Chiang Mai province. After all of this, you can enjoy a homely lunch at our cosy base camp and hot tea and snacks to warm you up, before we take you back home.
