    What To Expect

    This itinerary will take you through Geneva's rich chocolate history. You'll visit 5 Chocolateries and Patisseries, sample 12 different tastings, learn the secrets of more than 2000 years of “food of the gods” history, experience Geneva’s unique traditions like breaking the “Marmite” (cauldron), have a boat ride from left bank to right bank, taste several award-winning chocolate creations and enjoy a guided walk through the old town. We'll also get to know all the hidden Jet d'Eau secrets and stories as we get closer to it from Lake Geneva. Additionally, we'll stroll around both sides of Lake Geneva, explore Cathedrale de Saint-Pierre, Maison Tavel, Place Bourg du Four, The Molard Tower before visiting Rue du Rhone where we will find Brunswick Monument; after that L'ancien arsenal awaits us before passing by Musee International De La Reforme and La statue de Sissi Geneve. Finally Quartier des Eaux-Vives and Hotel de Ville at Place de la Madeleine conclude this 3 hour tour.

    • ARE THERE AGE RESTRICTIONSChildren are welcome, but please bear in mind that some children have a limited attention span and therefore a 3 hour tour may not be appropriate for them. Parents know their children best and should assess the situation individually. Since there is a lot of standing and walking, please consider this when deciding whether the tours and events are appropriate for your child. Unless your child is a very good walker for children up to 5 y.o we do recommend a stroller in case they get tired since we are walking about 2.1 km, which includes a slight hill. If your child is 2 years of age or younger and will not be eating, you will not need to purchase a ticket for him/her. If your child is 3 years of age or older, you will need to purchase a child ticket for him/her, regardless if he/she will be eating.
