In an old apartment in central Copenhagen, now converted into a modern cooking school, we'd like to introduce you to some of the wonderful flavours of Nordic and Danish cuisine. You will get hands on in the kitchen to create lots of exciting things, and together with your classmates produce a beautiful lunch, which you'll share over a beer and a shot of snaps in our private dining room.
