After our discussions and the choice of a climbing sector and a duration of activity, let's meet at the place said. We will equip ourselves and set off to explore the climbing site.
If you start the activity, I will present you the best techniques to climb serenely and in complete safety, with completely adapted equipment. I will coach you on your first steps and first climbs of the rock. You will see a rapid progression of your gestural skill and discover the pleasure of a path climbed to its summit!
For others, the outing will be an opportunity to give free rein to your climbing desires, under my watchful eye and my many advices for improvement. We will be able to see or review the top climbing and belaying, the different manipulations from the top of the track to the relay, the factors that seem to limit you in your climbing. I will of course put you in a reel so that you can give your all in the level of your choice.
