Overview

    Join me for the very best of Istria: at first we start for a beautiful panoramic ride along the Adriatic sea and the eastern Istrian coast. After a bit less than 2 hours we plan our arrival to PULA, a city best known for it's ancient Roman remains including an excellent preserved Roman Amphitheater from the 1st century. It's also a city with a coexistence of different architectural time periods in the largest town of Istria.

    From here we continue to ROVINJ, one of the most picturesque little seaside towns with high Venetian influence. Here we plan to stroll through the town, explore it's narrow streets of the old town all the way to the church peaking from the top of the island-town.

    After some time for exploring and meal on your own we continue to PORE-, town best known not only for the Roman layout which remains to this date and beautiful Venetian villas, but also for the best preserved 6th century basilica with valuable mosaics and remains from a former church, added to UNESCO

What to Expect

    Visit the largest city of the Istrian county, Pula, where you will have the opportunity to explore the most famous and best-preserved monument of ancient architecture in Croatia - Amphitheater of Pula, the central city square Pula Forum with famous Temple of Augustus and many other sights that exude antiquity. After the visit of Pula, discover the medieval town of Labin, a city rich in history and cultural heritage which you will especially like if you are an art lover. To end the day with some Istrian gastronomy, your guide will take you to Negri Baroque Palace. The visit will offer you an insight into the history of olive oil and premium wines paired with Istrian tapas. Scenic drive back to the hotel.
