Our hands-on boutique cooking classes take place in an elegant apartment in the heart of Parma and culminate in a simple - but fine - sit-down dinner for you to enjoy at the end on a large terrace overlooking a beautiful garden in summer or inside the flat in winter.
We use top quality ingredients and you will learn how to recognize them.
Moreover, you will discover the origins and the history of our recipes that are all healthy, fresh and quick, with just 3-5 ingredients (not including staples like salt, pepper and oil) and can slightly vary according to seasonal products.
Before booking please notify in advance any particular allergies, intolerances, ethical convictions (vegan ...), or specific food that you don't like.
