    We offer our visitors to live an enogastronomic experience immersed in an agricultural farm, producer of wine and extra virgin olive oil and home of the owners of this small family business.

    To share our passion for traditional Pugliese cuisine, the masseria opens its doors and together with a local chef we will take you on a tour of flavors and aromas of typical Pugliese cuisine, preparing together 4 typical dishes of the region and while tasting the olive oil and wines produced in this wonderful place.

    Get ready to live a relaxed, fun experience and be part of a great family.

    During the cooking lesson, the following dishes are prepared:
    • Focaccia
    • 2 types of fresh pasta (orecchiette and cavatelli)
    • Tomato sauce for pasta
    • Dessert: Chocolate or jam crostata
