Overview

    The Tuscan Cooking Courses of Tenuta Moriano are an experience not to be missed: a cooking expert teaches in a pleasant and familiar atmosphere how to cook simple, everyday and traditional dishes but refined at the same time, transmitting a great passion for the table . Participants will discover ingredients and customs typical of Tuscan culture and learn the thousand secrets of our traditional cuisine. Each lesson includes the preparation of a complete menu of three dishes: homemade pasta, a second course with side dish and dessert. Vegetarian menu on request.
    Minimum 4 participants in the cooking class.
    The lesson ends with a lunch or dinner of dishes prepared together, to be consumed paired with the company's wines. Dinner can also be booked by those who have not participated in the course.
