The importance of Irpinia as a wine area, but also the story of a small family wine-business with a long tradition. Learn how to make and cook pizza in an old wood oven, but also hand-made pasta. Learn while having fun is mandatory. Realx yourself with a typical long countryside lunch tasting six different kinds of wine from Cortecorbo winery. You will also discover the Taurasi docg, the wine-diamond of the south: a red wine that is also suitable for very long aging in the bottle of 30 or 40 years.
