During this magical experience of about 3/4 hours you will have the opportunity to share and attend a show cooking and learn the famous recipe of traditional Moroccan couscous. You will also have the opportunity to share a moment of total cultural and culinary sharing together with a Moroccan family, the Fatima family. Once the guests are picked up from the holiday riad / hotel, we will go to the Mèdina di essaouira food market where together with Fatima we will buy together the necessary ingredients for the preparation of the Cous Cous. Once we arrive at the event location, we will enjoy a welcome mint tea before starting the show cooking directly in the Fatima kitchen. After the artisan preparation of about 1 hour and 30 minutes we will enjoy the dish at the table in a real Moroccan living room, where chatter and laughter will be the basis of this beautiful lunch together.
