    Unlike many martial art schools and self defence schools, we offer honest self defence that works. How do we know- We pressure test all of our syllabus and techniques in the most realistic scenario training. Everything we do is explosive and as real as we can make it so you can see it works right from your very first lesson. We want you to be confident enough to handle most attackers in todays environment, from knife attacks to gun threats.

    We ask you to come and trial our training with this free 90min class and if you like what you see you can join our academy of students and become a full member of Cross Krav Maga.

    If you work in the emergency services or armed services we offer a discounted membership fee.
