As the worlds first official "international dark sky city", Flagstaff offers us some of the darkest, cleanest, and brightest night skies to use as our canvas. Come out and learn how to capture stunning images of the night sky while learning other techniques for lighting during long exposure photography. In addition to capturing remarkable images of the night sky, we will also learn about some of the challenges that modern day conservation efforts face due to the loss of natural dark skies and the encroachment of artificial light.
