Stop At: Marrakech, Marrakech, Marrakech-Safi

Start your day excursion to the Ouzoud Falls, located in the Atlas Mountains. Travel by 4wd car or minibus (150 km) northeast to Tanaghmeilt, and have your guide provide information about the picturesque region as you go through lush green valleys, historic water mills and fruit trees.

Duration: 3 hours

Stop At: Cascades d'Ouzoud, Ouzoud 23400 Morocco

Admire 110 meter high Ouzoud Falls surrounded by thousands of olive trees. Go down a trail to witness six separate waterfalls cascading down the cliffside. Take photos or spot local macaque monkeys if you're lucky enough! A rainbow may also appear above the falls in the afternoon sun.

Stop At: Marrakech, Marrakech, Marrakech-Safi

Stroll down stone stairs for a different perspective of Ouzoud Falls. Hire a tour guide to take you around some caves on their route back. Before returning to Marrakech at 5 p.m., enjoy a traditional tagine in one of the restaurants near olive trees.
