Overview

    This half-day trip starts in Prague in the morning hours. After a journey of about an hour in a comfortable air-conditioned minibus with water on board and wi-fi available, you will arrive at the TerezĂ­n Memorial.

    After arrival you will visit the concentration camp in the Terezin Small Fortress, which more than 90,000 people went through during World War II and where about 2800 died.

    Later you will move to the Jewish Ghetto, where more than 155.000 people were sent, and from where nearly 87.000 Jewish prisoners were deported to extermination camps and more than 33.000 died in the ghetto. You will also visit the Ghetto Museum, reminder of the days of horror and suffering that happened there, but you will also see the stories of friendship, courage, and bravery which were also part of living there in those times.

    After a traditional Czech Lunch in a unique cosy local restaurant in the city nearby - Litom??ice, you will return back to Prague.
