We will be transported 40km from Mexico City to the rural municipality of Texcoco. Many art critics consider the Riveriana Chapel, the best muralist art work by Diego Rivera. The Chapel is located at the University of Chapingo, a majestic former estate that is now the most important agricultural university in Latin America. We will continue the agricultural trip and introduce you to producers and farmers of the most diverse and fresh products of the Mexican countryside. We will end with a traditional and very special meal at El Pica, an authentic and unique country restaurant. We do everything in small groups to make the most of the experience.
