Do you want to know how to cook real Russian dishes with all tricks that made Russia the country of authentic cuisine-I am going to teach you all the knowledge that my grandmother taught me back in the times when I lived in Siberia.
We are going to start off with getting to know the right ingredients from the local market. We will prepare one Russian soup of your choice ( borsch/solyanka/rassolnik/okroshka) and a salad (Russian salad/dressed herring/mimosa/vinegret). While cooking, we'll taste local Russian appetizers and drinks (compote/kvass or vodka/mead)
At the end, we are going to have a dinner with what we've prepared, drink tea and talk about everything you've ever wanted to know about Russia!
The experience will be entirely in ENGLISH! The cost covers the price of ingredients, tips for the experience are appreciated, but not obligatory.
