Discover Atrani

Duration

clock2 to 3 hours

Overview

Atrani, one of Italy's most beautiful towns, as well its smallest in area.
As the proverb says, a good start is the battle, so we will start well: a "pasticciotto" for breakfast in the main square. As you savor this local pastry, you can feast your eyes on what is laid out before you: the fountain, the square, the Church of San Salvatore De Birecto, the Roman columns and the city of Amalfi.
Then we set off along Via Vecchia and Via Nuova to the Church of Santa Maria Maddalena. Our next stop is the Convent of Santa Rosalia and then we continue to Church of the Carmine and the Church of Saint Michael "outside the Walls", perched just outside the old city walls as the name indicates.
Our journey ends in a lemon grove, where you will be able to admire the “Sfusato Amalfitano” lemon trees, famous for the delicate scent of their fruit and for the excellent limoncello made from the zest.
