A tour that tells you the history of the neighborhood, passing in front of the self-built houses decorated with street art that recall La Boca in Buenos Aires. Surrounded by swarms of children who roam free in the neighborhood, like a warm welcome in a South East Asian village.
For years isolated, semi-unknown and among the poorest in Palermo, today the district still maintains a strong popular identity that has not prevented its inhabitants from opening up to the city, also thanks to the inclusion in the UNESCO route. Thanks to a very active parish in the area, today everything happens in Danisinni: donkeys and goats graze in the gardens of the educational farm, actors and acrobats teach circus arts and theater to the children of the neighborhood. The ladies are happy to teach the tastiest typical recipes to those who want to immerse themselves in Palermo.
